Loss Mitigation Department Analyst: Performed Specialized Loss Mitigation Reporting Functions, Developed and Trained Loss Mitigation Employees on Propriety Systems, Analyzed Tax Data to Avoid Tax Sales and Penalties, Reported Directly to VP of REO and Loss Mitigation Departments.

Highlights:

  • Coordinated resolving a fragmented month-end charge-off process that plagued the three transaction closing department of REO, Loss Mit. and the Charge-off Unit. Acted as a liaison between all three departs to identify and resolve the independent and non-cohesive actions of each department into a seamless and timely process. Eliminated late night month-end hours, employee tensions between departments, saved countless payroll hours and identified natural roll rates.
  • Created department wide reporting processes to track all Loss Mitigation transactions and estimated dollars in mitigated losses to company.
  • Created departmental reporting on individual employee production. Established average and minimum required production levels in both REO & Loss Mit. Depts.
  • Implemented a bonus program to eliminate overtime and compensate individual employee productivity in both REO & Loss Mit. Depts.
