2021 - Roseville - Listing Shortage!!!

Equity gains continue in Roseville during 2021 as value projections appear to be tracking at the  5% to 10% range over this year.  The lower price ranges ($300K - $500K) are seeing the highest gains, the higher price ranges ($500K & up) are trending in the 4% to 7% range.
